CW+ is the charity which supports patients and families at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We bring together pioneering research, innovation, art and design to transform the experience and outcomes for thousands of people every day.

This space exists because of people like you.

The CW+ Studio at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital was made possible through the generosity of our supporters.

Designed and funded by CW+, it provides a dedicated space for creative health, rehabilitation and wellbeing activities for patients and staff.

Every donation, fundraising effort and gift in a will helps us continue creating spaces that support recovery and wellbeing. 💙

Huge congratulations to CW+ fundraiser Kwan, who took on Battersea Half Marathon for us and smashed his previous personal best by 18 minutes, finishing 19th out of 815 runners!

He’s also secured a place in the first wave of the Valencia Marathon 2026, lining up alongside elite runners. What an incredible achievement. 💪

The hospital is there for you when you need it. 💙

When Chris seriously injured his hand, he feared he’d never play the sax again. After treatment at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, he recovered and is now back playing with his band.

Recently, Chris returned to perform in the hospital atrium to thank staff and bring joy to other patients like him.

Stories like Chris’s remind us how much our hospitals mean to the people who rely on them.

Every person who supports CW+ has a story to tell. 💙

For Carmel McCullough, it was the families she has cared for throughout her 35 years as a midwife at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Carmel took on the Everest Base Camp challenge to raise money to support families facing the loss of a baby. Having seen first-hand how compassionate care can create precious memories during the most difficult of times, she wanted to make a difference beyond the bedside.
