The Association of American Correspondents in London

The Association of American Correspondents in London Founded in 1919. It now has nearly 200 members including The New York Times, CNN, WaPo and Bloomberg.

The Association of American Correspondents in London was first set up in 1919 by journalist and politician Sir Harry Ernest Brittain. Presided over by some of America's top journalists including CBS broadcaster Edward R Murrow, previous presidents have included Henry Luce III, the son of Time Inc founder Henry Luce. Today the organisation has close to 200 members which include The New York Times, Bloomberg, The Washington Post and CNN.
