As the seasons change and we head into autumn and winter we’re starting a cosy coat collection. Huge thanks to Maple and her lovely mum Clare who has donated this winter warmer to keep another dog warm and dry when the temperatures start to drop 🥶

What an inspiring weekend at the Cat Show Live! We were delighted to meet Anita and Arthur - the founders of Animal FoodBank UK - a charity providing short-term emergency pet food support to people experiencing financial hardship.

Their work is rooted in one simple but powerful belief - no pet should go hungry or be separated from the people who love them because times are tough.

If you need support outside of our operating times, and meet the eligibility criteria, please know that extra help is available.

And if you believe in helping pets and their people stay together, do consider volunteering, donating or following them on socials. It all helps ensure this vital support reach those who need it 🐶🐱

We’ve recently received some very thoughtful donations from people whose beloved pets have sadly passed away. Our hearts go out to anyone grieving the loss of a dog or cat or any other furry friend.

If you ever find yourself with unopened food, treats, toys or other pet supplies that you no longer need, we would be honoured to pass them on to pets and families who need support. Your donation can offer comfort and practical help to another pet, while honouring the love you shared with yours ❤️

We’re taking a break in September and will next be open on Thursday 1 October at 1pm 🐶🐱This will also enable us to replenish our stocks after a busy few months. To make up for the closure we’ll be extending our opening time that month to 5pm. See you then!

Introducing our new donation point! A huge thank you to Anamaria and the talented team at ART Hair & Beauty in Highgate village for supporting our pet food bank. As big dog lovers themselves, they’re helping us make sure local pets in need get the food they need.

So next time you’re popping in for a trim, colour or a little pamper, please bring along any unwanted food or treats and they’ll kindly pass them on to us.

Because kindness never goes out of style and this support is paws-itively a cut above! 🥰

Yesterday’s pet food bank was a lovely chance to meet more local pets and their people! Thanks to the support of our community, we helped pet parents with much needed food and supplies.

As more people hear about the service, demand is growing too. If you have any spare cat or dog food you can donate (tins, pouches, dry food and treats) please get in touch 🐶🐱

Calling all hot dogs! If your four legged friend is struggling in the summer heat, we’ve got something cool for them. Thanks to our lovely friends at the RSPCA (England & Wales), we have cooling mats available at our next pet food bank. Pop by and pick one up to keep your pet safe, comfy and chilled while temperatures stay high 🐶😎

What a week for donations! From the bottom of our hearts we’d like to thank everyone who has recently supported our pet food bank with food, beds, clothes and toys.

A special shout out goes to Cara for all her help with collections as well as local residents Michelle and Daisy, Claire at the Shelter Shops, Medivet and our newest supporter The Highgate Veterinary Clinic

Your kindness helps keep local pets cared for when their families need a little extra support. Thank you for being part of our community 🐶🐱

We welcomed furry friends old and new at our pet food bank today where we had plenty of treats (or two!) to share! We’ll be back again on 6 August 😎

A big shout out to the lovely Bruno and his pet parents Alex and Dominic for their very kind donation! We’re low on wet dog food right now so this will be making its’ way to our pet food bank on Thursday - yum yum! 😋
