Our mission is to help young people through the recruitment process, providing quality working courses and a general guidance geared towards disadvantaged young people. nization, where young people who wants to succeed in the world of work take central stage. We deliver both high-quality training courses and direct working experience, with internships and volunteer opportunities. AY Recruitment CIC offers a unique innovative approach to recruitment: being 100% non-profit, we are able to focus more on the candidates aim and the companies needs.
