The Catalan National Assembly in England is a branch of the Assemblea Nacional Catalana, a civil society organisation created in March 2012 that aims to work for the establishment of Catalonia as a new European State, thorough a peaceful and democratic process. In September 11th 2012 the ANC organised a demonstration of over 1.5 million people to rally the streets of Barcelona calling for the inde

pendence of Catalonia. Since then, the desire shown by the Catalan people to become an independent country has done nothing but increase.
