What happens when the pressures of a life in music start to take their toll?
New documentary - A stillness in the noise - brings together Johnny ‘Trafic’ Hendey (Trafic MC) and Dr Simon Rowbottom, Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychologist and lead singer of The Boo Radleys, to talk candidly about mental health and their experiences of life in music.
From fame, touring and imposter syndrome to burnout, social media, sleep and finding ways to switch off, they explore the pressures that can build up around a career in music, and what can help.
Most importantly, they talk about being honest about how you’re feeling, speaking to others and asking for help when you need it.
