ABOUT THE SHOW:
'SOLO' is an intimate exploration of how trauma, mental health, and obsession, combined with isolation and a culture increasingly focused on material success and popularity, can erode a person's identity, slowly pulling them into an unstoppable downward spiral.

Today, we are excited to welcome Paolo Pavan to the agency!!!

https://app.spotlight.com/6212-4500-2966

Paolo is an Italian actor based in Edinburgh, working primarily for screen, while maintaining a strong connection to his theatre roots.

His training began in Italy before naturally evolving towards screen acting in Scotland through the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he continues to train regularly.

Drawn to grounded, psychologically driven characters, he is fascinated by human behaviour and the subtle ways people think, connect and respond under pressure. He combines a thoughtful approach to character with strong physical awareness and enjoys developing disciplines that naturally bring these elements together, such as screen combat.

Away from the camera, Paolo enjoys running, strength training and spending time outdoors. He values genuine collaboration, brings calm focus to every project, and believes the most interesting performances begin with curiosity about people.

Welcome to the Play Actors family Paolo! 🥳🥳

Beautiful new headshots for our Laura Sophie Helbig, courtesy of Michael Carlo!

We love them Sophie!!!🥰🥰

https://app.spotlight.com/0536-7861-1838

Sophie is a quirky actress, versatile voice actress and a drama loving writer. After attending drama school in Germany, Sophie’s passion for theatre made her move to London.

While continuing her training as an actress on a regular basis, she currently focuses on stage combat, recently completed the BADCs intermediate exam with a merit of 76% (quarterstaff & knife) which nicely complements her horse riding abilities. Anything fantasy/mid evil on stage, for MoCap or screen is one of her big dreams.

Her voice acting career is already in motion; she is currently narrating a 26-book-parter series called ‘DIE GRIMM CHRONIKEN’, a modern adaptation of the Grimm fairytales from her professional home studio. Find out even more on her website or social media.

Sophie speaks native German, neutral English, and a bit of French.
