Sleeping well isn’t always as straightforward as it used to be.
Waking in the night, lighter sleep, or early mornings can become more common over time, and it’s something many people experience.
In this relaxed and informative session, sleep coach and clinical hypnotherapist Michelle Smith will explore why sleep changes as we get older, and what can help.
You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and mind, along with a few simple, practical ideas you can try to gently improve your sleep.
Even if sleep isn’t a concern for you, you’re very welcome to join us. Many of the ideas we’ll explore can be just as helpful for relaxing and unwinding more generally.
No complicated routines. No pressure. Just supportive, realistic steps.
Everyone is welcome. Come along, listen in, and take away whatever feels helpful.
