ADHD Islington Parent Carer Coffee Morning* ☕️

Join us on *Thursday 7th May (9.30–11.30am)* at *Rose Bowl Youth Centre* St Paul’s Path, Ramsey Walk, N1 2PT

We’ll be joined by *Ashleigh Johnson from The Bridge Trust**, who will be sharing how the Bridge Outreach Service supports students in Islington schools and how the service works alongside schools to support positive outcomes for children.

- Many children with **ADHD also have an Autism diagnosis**, and we know there are often shared factors between ADHD and autism.
- Even if your child does not have an ASC diagnosis, this session is still helpful - it is not uncommon that children initially diagnosed with ADHD are later diagnosed with Autism (and vice versa!)
- Come along to hear how your child may still benefit from the support offered by Bridge Outreach Service in *Islington schools*

It’s also a chance to *meet other parents, share experiences, and connect with families who understand the journey.

We’d love to see you there!

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our wellbeing event 💛
It truly meant a lot to see so many of you take time out for yourselves, connect, and just be.

The feedback has been so lovely to read…
✨ “I felt so relaxed… no thoughts, stress or worries.”
✨ “Just what I needed after my last few days.”
✨ “Such a treat… I never get anything for myself.”
✨ “A caring, relaxed environment… 10/10.”

This is exactly why we do what we do 🫶🏽
Creating space for parents and carers to pause, breathe, and feel supported matters.

We’re really looking forward to bringing more events like this to you 🌿
And continuing to build something special together as a community.

See you all at our next coffee morning ☕💬
