✨ Introducing our new Board Member — Dr Farzeela Rupani ✨
We are incredibly proud to welcome Dr Farzeela Rupani to The Female Dentist Board.
With more than two decades of experience across clinical dentistry, education, regulation, healthcare consulting, leadership and business, Farzeela brings an exceptional breadth of knowledge and experience to our community.
As Chief Medical Officer of Colosseum Dental Group, she leads clinical and commercial strategy across 650+ clinics in 11 countries, supporting thousands of dental professionals and millions of patients.
Her career has taken her from practising dentistry and teaching at Guy’s Hospital, to working with KPMG Healthcare Advisory and spending nine years within the General Dental Council’s Fitness to Practise division, before moving into senior leadership within the dental sector.
Farzeela is also passionate about technology, AI, clinical innovation, leadership and developing the next generation of dental professionals. She currently sits on several advisory and faculty boards and is an international speaker and mentor.
What makes Farzeela particularly inspiring is the combination of clinical credibility, strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to people. Her leadership has helped drive significant improvements in clinician retention, practice performance, professional development and culture.
