We are Hiring!

JUST is a long-established Charity providing housing, care and support to vulnerable people in the Capital for over 55 years. Our vision is that people with mental health conditions receive high quality housing and recovery focussed support to promote fulfilment, wellbeing, equality and empowerment.

The new Head of Finance and Quality will be a strategic, pragmatic and a commercially-minded leader and will ensure effective, efficient and innovative use of financial resources, investments and capital assets to deliver our aims and objectives.

One Service User’s Story…..
Mary says “I couldn’t do on my own. The staff (even if they never knew it) saved me.
We worked together - nothing was ever forced and slowly but surely, I learnt to think new thoughts. It was not easy; it was a struggle to just open my eyes and start the day.
My keyworker knew how I ticked and really helped with all the self-doubt I had.
At Just they saw me as a person not a problem.
Days became months and years, and I did it – a day at a time. After 3 years and 3 months I moved on and guess what I do now?
I'm a motivational speaker and help others where I can”

We are proud to announce that after the successful implementation of our pilot programme which saw many skilled workers being both trained and retained at our housing units, we will be launching a second Academy in April of this year.

At Just we believe that we all have a right to shelter, care and support. We have grown from a soup van in Hammersmith in 1972 to a thriving charity that runs support services for vulnerable adults in 39 properties across London.
Our houses are designed to promote connection, recovery and engagement. Whether that is tending our bee-hives, growing vegetables in our award-winning gardens, or baking in our modern kitchens.
