Congratulations to Noah Leach, formerly a 3rd Crofton Park Scout, now a Golden Hind Explorer and selected to be part of the Thames Tigers contingent heading to South Korea for the World Scout Jamboree.

Latest update is they’ve arrived in Seoul very jet lagged and gone on an open top bus tour, to try and stay awake.

They will go to the Jamboree site in a few days for 2 weeks of fun with 40,000 fellow Scouts.

Last Monday the the brilliant Beavers hosted their own coronation street party. There were lots of fun games, including pin the tail on the beaver, and they managed to raise £100 for the 4th Reserve charity. Great work!

We are delighted to have been able to help out Lewisham Donation Hub with a few items.

They are always looking for more items that you’ll probably have laying around at home, why not put them to good use - Lewishamdonationhub.org

The 3rd Crofton Park Scout Group, with a wonderful haul of essentials that they have been collecting over the last few weeks. This was an unexpected and MOST welcome delivery that helped to refill so many areas of need :)

If you are connected to a community group like this, why not follow the 3rd Crofton Park Scout Groups wonderful lead? (Quality practical footwear and digital communication devices are the highest priority items right now)
