Going into the God Flow Method, I thought I was ready to unlock my flow state and crush it in life. But what I got was something way deeper — something that’s still shifting how I see myself and how I live.
Week 1 was all about relaxation. At first, I thought, “Relax to succeed? Really?” But once I got into it, I realised how much stress I’d been carrying around, holding me back without even knowing it. Letting go of that set me up for everything that followed.
In Week 2, gratitude was the focus. I was ready for your average “write down what you’re thankful for” exercise. It wasn't. For the first time in my life, I learned how to actually feel gratitude, deeply. It was like flipping a switch inside, and suddenly everything felt lighter. My day-to-day interactions even changed, and I felt way more in tune with myself.
Week 3 was a game-changer. I had no idea how much anger I’d been holding toward myself for old mistakes. I realised I’d been replaying them in my head, stuck in the past. Forgiving myself was liberating, but I also had to commit to real change. Because if you keep forgiving yourself and repeat the same mistakes, it’s a much bigger betrayal. That hit hard.
Then there’s Week 4, which is where things get real. It’s about reimagining your Ego, and my current Ego? Yeah, it didn’t like that idea at first.
If you stick with it til the end though, you become the person you once only dreamed about, but in real life. It’s insane that it works. It takes persistence, and your Ego will resist, but trust the process. If you do, the transformation is something you can’t even imagine yet.
