is Gone ,not going to lie i am in tears, turned an abandoned spaces into one of Southwarks most creative hubs as some one put kindly " We turned a Bando into a cultural hub"
From Peckham Design trail to .design to hosting with and then numerous events with .guarnera

not to talk about all the videos and residents that we hosted some worked some didn't Hey Ho
We couldn't of done it without you, and this is why our new space is called
Whichbwe will be launching on the 6th March and we will be starting all over again .
Just for clarity the building(Capital cost) has been funded by
and Community crowd funding
and not the running or the staff of the building (revenue cost) we pay biz rates and Capital tax and all associated cost when it comes to .
We hope you can join us as we embark on a new journey .
