These are Dhol beaters, after literally thousands of experiments. I have come across one what will suit every hand in the world and this is alliminuim and carbon fibre.

After over 100 experiments with different types of drum skins on dhol base side, the top Three where
3rd was G2 Evans level 360, This had alot of base and roared like the king of the jungle.
2nd was Remo pinstripe clear.
1st was Aquaria super-2 which was the best for the style that I play but needs to be bedded in before you get the best sound.
I have three recordings which i did over a year ago, of all three skins which I will post soon.

This is a ring designed for twin ply drum skins for those who don't want to use hooks on bass side.
This ring will do a ten lug system and a five lug system.
Five, six and Seven lug system is very good for twin ply skins.
