Gossaye Tesfaye Delights UK Fans with Two Outstanding Concerts Following Overwhelming Demand
The Ethiopian Sports and Culture Federation in the UK (ESCFUK) is delighted to celebrate the remarkable success of Ethiopian music icon Gossaye Tesfaye, whose performances in London captivated audiences and created unforgettable memories for the Ethiopian community.
Gossaye Tesfaye headlined the ESCFUK Festival on 12 July 2026, delivering an exceptional performance that was met with an overwhelmingly positive response from fans. The energy, atmosphere, and quality of the concert were widely praised, with many describing it as one of the finest live Ethiopian music events held in the UK.
Following the extraordinary demand from fans, Gossaye returned to the stage for a second concert on 18 July 2026. Once again, he exceeded expectations, delivering another spectacular performance. Feedback from attendees across both concerts has been overwhelmingly positive, with many fans saying that Gossaye’s performances raised the standard of live Ethiopian entertainment in the UK to a new level.
The Ethiopian Sports and Culture Federation in the UK extends its sincere appreciation to Gossaye Tesfaye, his management team and everyone who contributed to making these events such a tremendous success. Most importantly, we thank the fans whose enthusiasm and support made both concerts truly unforgettable.
Following his return to Ethiopia, there was understandable concern among fans after reports emerged that Gossaye Tesfaye had been involved in a minor accident at the airport. We are pleased to confirm that the incident was minor. Gossaye later shared a photograph and an update on his social media, reassuring fans that he had received prompt professional medical attention and was recovering well.
