Hi Hoe is a workers co-op for gardeners in East London. We propose to pilot an Organisation Workshop, recruiting 50-60 participants. The team will refurbish and transform disused premises into a base to capacitate new and experienced landworkers across the horticultural sector. Young, new gardeners will collaborate with experienced workers.

We will tell this story using digital media. A stop-motion film accompanied by oral narratives will document participation and progress. By streaming online platforms we will connect urban and rural landworkers here in the UK, facilitate interactions, eventually showcasing the OW co-workers enterprise method to thousands across Europe.
