Inter-Club Recreational Adult Judo – Coaches Invite

We’re hosting a relaxed adult Judo session and would love your club to join us!

📅 Thursday 5th March 2026⏰ 7:30–9:00pm📍 Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex
💷 Free mat fee👥 All adult grades welcome

Expect a light technical warm-up, plenty of enjoyable randori, a big mat space, and a friendly atmosphere. Great chance for adults to train with new faces and build a community.
