Today, on World IBD Day, we stand together in support of the millions living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are chronic conditions that impact daily life, often without visible signs. It’s crucial to raise awareness, offer support, and push for more research and treatment options.

Let’s break the stigma surrounding IBD and encourage understanding, empathy, and education. Every voice matters in the fight for better healthcare, access to treatments, and, ultimately, a cure.

If you or someone you know is affected by IBD, remember: you are not alone. Together, we can make a difference. 💪

IBD Nurse Kay in a box 🤣
I couldn’t resist jumping on the doll in a box trend - featuring IBD Passport.

From The London IBD clinic to IBD Passport. This trend might be playful and a bit of fun, but our dedication to safety and patient care is very real 🩵

If you were dollified, what accessories would we find in the box with you? Let us know in the comments! 💬

• .eats1 Travelling with IBD and a stoma does make things more challenging, but we want to show you how it can be possible 🌏

From sharing our travel stories with the world on social media, we’ve received questions from others looking to go on similar adventures, so we’re answering your questions to share how we made it possible - and you can too! 🤍

Swipe to read how Lauren is currently travelling Australia in a camper van and how Ella travelled around South East Asia this year ➡️

It felt like a good time to share it with it being . Being newly diagnosed can be very overwhelming as you wonder how your life will change as you navigate this disease. We want to reassure you that your life doesn’t need to stop because you have IBD. Things might be harder and you might need to adapt and adjust, but your life will still be bloody amazing 🥰
