If you like who we are and what we do, there are a range of ways you can help Clergy Support Trust. 🙏

Donations are critical to our work, and fundraisers are always welcome - but if you feel able, we'd also be grateful if you would join us in prayer for the clergy and their families who apply to us, for our staff and trustees, and those in Church leadership.

"The wellbeing of our clergy is incredibly important, which is why charities such as Clergy Support Trust are essential. Coming from all walks of life, those who are called to ministry have circumstances as unique and individual as the places where they serve."

Thank you to our Honorary President, the Archbishop of Canterbury, The Most Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah Mullally, for her kind words on the vital work that we do supporting clergy, their partners and their families.

Tony Cook, Assistant Director of Education and Head of Go Team, was among those who attended a special service at St Paul’s Cathedral in London this week, marking the 371st Festival of Clergy Support Trust. The event was a celebration of the ministry of clergy.

Thanks to a grant from the Trust, Bath and Wells is able to offer Life to Max and Family Max—special annual events for clergy children and their families. Tony and the Go Team organise these events each year, providing valuable support and encouragement for the children of clergy within our diocese, as well as their parents.

"It was a privilege to have the Archbishop of Canterbury with us, both as a valued Honorary President of the Trust, and given her clearly-stated focus on clergy wellbeing."

"Her words were an important and well-received challenge to all of us in ministry, and to the Trust itself as we seek to serve those who spend their lives serving others."

Our Chief Executive, The Revd Ben Cahill-Nicholls reflects on our 371st Festival, an afternoon of worship and celebration.

Yesterday afternoon at St Paul’s Cathedral, we gathered for the 371st Festival of Clergy Support Trust to celebrate and give thanks for the ministry of clergy and all who support them.

In my sermon, I reflected on the calling to love and serve others with compassion, faithfulness and humility. Across the country, clergy continue to offer care, guidance and hope in communities, often through demanding and unseen work.

I also wanted to acknowledge the invaluable contribution of clergy spouses, households and families, whose support and sacrifice are so often offered quietly and faithfully behind the scenes.

Clergy Support Trust provides essential care and encouragement to clergy households, reminding us that those who spend their lives supporting others also need support themselves.

I remain deeply grateful for all who continue to serve the Church and their communities with such dedication and grace.
