To all our CODEC members, volunteers, friends and families, thank you. ❤️🇳🇵

Thank you to each and every person who donated to CODEC’s account. Your kindness, generosity and support mean so much to us.

With your generosity and support, we have sent NPR 200,000 (2 lakh Nepali Rupees) to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support those affected by the devastating flash floods in Nepal that have taken so many lives, destroyed homes and livelihoods, and left people still missing.

Some of our members, volunteers, friends and families have also donated directly to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. Thank you all so much. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, comes from a place of care and compassion.

Every little bit helps, whether it goes towards rebuilding, providing basic food and clothing, or supporting families as they begin the incredibly difficult journey of recovery.

We may be far away and unable to help directly on the ground, but we are all doing whatever we can from wherever we are.

Life is so uncertain, and moments like this remind us how important it is to be kind and compassionate.

Together, every small act of kindness can make a difference. ❤️🇳🇵

We’re truly honoured to see our efforts recognised by the community. None of this would have been possible without the continued support of our sponsors, attendees, and well-wishers. This recognition belongs to every single one of you who stood with us and believed in our cause.

Thank you for helping us make a difference. 💙

With hearts full of gratitude, we at CODEC-UK would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who supported our Charity Gala held this past December.

This special evening was hosted in loving memory of our late Founder President, Mr. Bishnu Wagle, who was not just a leader but a cherished member of our family. His vision and compassion continue to inspire everything we do, and this cause remains deeply close to our hearts.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, attendees, and well-wishers, we successfully raised funds for the Disabled Service Association in Karyabinayak, Lalitpur, Nepal. Your kindness has made a real difference.

A special thank you to Mr Ayush Adhikari, CODEC-UK executive member, for personally delivering the funds, which helped provide summer blankets, essential food rations, and direct support to 70 children living with various disabilities.

We would also like to express our appreciation to Mrs Rukmini Thapa, our valued CODEC-UK member, for attending and supporting this meaningful cause.

Together, we are making a difference, one step at a time. Thank you for standing with us and helping us bring hope and support to those in need. 💙

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bishnu Wagle, one of the founding members of Community Development UK, on the 5th of December, 2024. Bishnu was an extraordinary individual whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to social causes left a lasting impact on everyone who had the honor of knowing him. He was much more than a leader; he was a unifying force, a compassionate friend, and an inspiration to all who crossed his path.

Bishnu had a rare ability to bring people together, his radiant spirit and selfless heart shining in everything he did. His contributions to the community were profound and far-reaching, creating a legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift for years to come. Whether through his tireless efforts to support development projects or his gentle encouragement to others, he exemplified the true essence of community.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone mourning this immense loss. As we grieve, let us also celebrate the beautiful life Bishnu led and strive to honor his memory by fostering the unity, compassion, and dedication that he stood for. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his vision continue to guide and inspire us.
