π‘ Letβs Light Up the Desert β One Bulb, One House π‘
As you are aware, desert nights are extremely dangerous for families living below the poverty line.
When darkness falls, black desert scorpions, desert snakes, giant desert rats (sometimes the size of a kitten), and many dangerous desert insects come out, camouflaged by the sand.
Because there is no electricity, children cannot see these threats. Many children are bitten during the night, and we are informed of regular casualties. Tragically, some children lose their lives.
πΊ Women face another heartbreaking reality.
There are no proper toilet facilities β toilets are open fields.
Without light, women cannot go out at night, putting their safety, dignity, and health at serious risk.
π Muslim Rose Welfare has taken the initiative to provide solar lights β one bulb for one house β to protect women and children, reduce these dangers, and prevent avoidable tragedies.
