We’d love to shine a light on the brilliant work of Fat Macy's 💛

They’re helping tackle homelessness by training people for careers in hospitality, and they’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals and recruiters to volunteer for mock interviews at their Employment Day in Shoreditch on 21 September.

If you’ve got hiring or hospitality experience and can spare some time, your support could make a real difference. 🙏

Happy 5th Birthday to Elliot's Hackney! 🎉🥳

A huge thank you to the Elliot’s team for raising an incredible £4,000+ for StreetSmart over the winter months. You absolutely smashed it, and we’re so grateful for your amazing support! ❤️

These funds will help support projects tackling youth homelessness in Hackney and London Bridge, making a real difference to young people who need it most.

Delighted to hear that Kazutoshi Endo is opening a new restaurant in Chelsea this winter. ✨

Taking over the former home of Five Fields, ENDO will be an intimate 10-seat omakase, with a Japanese listening bar upstairs. 🍣🎶

Endo has been a wonderful supporter of StreetSmart for many years and has a genuine heart for people experiencing homelessness. One unforgettable evening, a generous guest at his omakase chose to turn the usual £1 StreetSmart donation into an incredible £5,000! 🤩💛

Delighted to hear that Elliot Hashtroudi is opening another restaurant in Farringdon, inspired by his grandmother ❤️

We absolutely love Camille, not just for its nose-to-tail philosophy but also for its commitment to giving back. This winter, the team supported STREETSMART and raised £1,000 for homeless projects in Borough like The Manna Society . Wishing them every success with the new opening 👏✨

Good to see the new PM visiting The Passage | Homelessness Charity🏡 yesterday and prioritising rough sleeping as an issue on day one. As mayor of Greater Manchester he helped promote StreetSmart in the City. Let’s see what his government will do to tackle homelessness in general. And how about how about that VAT cut and reduction in business rates for hospitality? Trust me, hospitality want to help their communities. If they thrive, everyone benefits. Soon please.

Not long after opening their doors, both took part in StreetSmart over the winter months, helping raise an incredible £2,500 to support people experiencing homelessness and vulnerable members of the Soho community. 💛☀️✊

People often ask me “what’s your favourite restaurant in London?” and although that’s a ridiculous question to answer, if I had to pick I’d say 10 Greek Street - Because it just is, it makes me smile. Simple dishes executed brilliantly each and every time. The best razor clams I’ve ever had was there, the best calamari, the best onglet, the best flatbread (with lamb on top). Cooked perfectly, served in a relaxed setting. Ideal. Very affordable and totally Soho. They have a great wine list and a cheeky black book of bin ends for those in the know. I love the vibes - I could eat a quick lunch there on my own or a long lunch with people to impress or a Friday night out with mates . It’s super cool without ever trying too hard. Likewise, Cameron and Luke embody all that is good and welcoming about independent restaurants. They have supported Streetsmart since they opened, raising over £1,000 each year of their 14 years. Soho is always changing, it’s part of its charm but I’ll really miss 10 Greek St, definitely No.1

Massive thanks to Eran Tibi and the amazing teams for their unwavering support, always going the extra mile. Together they’ve raised nearly £2,500 to support people experiencing homelessness and those most vulnerable through the coldest months last year. Incredible effort. ✊😘

Two of our favourite bar groups and loyal supporters of StreetSmart are opening new sites! 🍻🍸🧉
Inception Group London will be opening a new Mr Fogg’s Tavern later this month within the ICONIC Covent Garden Market and The Little Door Bars have just opened The Little Neon Door in Shoreditch! 💛💚🧡
Wishing them the best of luck as summer mayhem approaches plus all World Cup games will be screened 🍻🏆⚽️
