for LGBT+ under 18s is next week! We are so excited to welcome you all to this fabulous evening of music, live performances, refreshing mocktails and tasty nibbles🌟 This is a sneak peek of our event from last year to give you an idea of what to expect on the day…

This event will give you the opportunity to celebrate your LGBT+ identity and allow you to meet people just like you. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of one of London’s largest under 18s LGBT+ and overall Q***r event 🌈

Here are some important bits to remember:

- Whether you are coming with friends, a sweet date or by yourself, please make sure you plan your journey and know how you are getting home safely after the event. Make sure you know when your last train is!
-Remember: If you are lucky enough to look over 18, you may be asked to show ID, zip oyster card or student card will suffice as a proof of age.
-Tickets are available on a pay-what-you-can basis to keep this event accessible to as many lgbt+ young persons as possible!
-All profits from purchased tickets will go to Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust to help our mission to support, educate and inspire young LGBT+ persons.
-This event is completely alcohol and drugs free zone - we operate a zero tolerance policy.
-Trained security will be on site for your protection. We operate a bag search policy - you will not be allowed to bring in ANY liquids. If you have a medication in a liquid form please bring it alongside your prescription.
-All staff members are DBS checked.
-Tickets purchased at the Box Office (on the day) will cost £15.

Summer is fast approaching, and we’re counting the days to our in Snowdonia, Wales!

This year’s Summer Camp will run from 26th July-2nd August and is the perfect opportunity for you to take a break from everyday life, enjoy fabulous activities and meet other LGBT+ young persons just like you!

Our wonderful mentors and staff will be there to support you throughout the journey and there is no requirement to be part of our regular Young Persons’ Club to join in - we usually have a good mix so there will be plenty of people who haven’t met each other before to get to know. We are delighted to announce that The Garfield Weston Foundation - - has committed to a generous grant to Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust, helping us to support, educate and inspire LGBT+ young persons!

We are so grateful for their support in helping us to deliver our services and continue to ensure that financial difficulty is no barrier to any LGBT+ young person accessing our support.

The Garfield Weston Foundation is a family founded grant-maker supporting charities operating in a wide variety of sectors across the UK that make a positive difference within their communities.

Established by W. Garfield Weston in 1958 through an endowment of shares in the family business – now known as Associated British Foods plc – the Foundation continues to be guided by the Weston Family. The Trustees, each of whom are direct descendants of the founder, play an active, informed role in its work.

This successful model has ensured that our charitable donations have grown as the businesses have grown, enabling the Foundation to award grants totalling nearly £1.7 billion since its establishment. The most recent financial year 2024-2025 saw the Foundation give away almost £130 million to 2,967 charities.

A reminder that Mosaic is looking for trustees🌈 This is an opportunity to help us transform the lives of LGBT+ young persons!

We are looking to fill 3 positions:

A trustee from the Global Majority
A trustee with an interest in the management of risk
A Trustee with skills in marketing, communications or PR

We don’t need you to have been a Trustee before – we are committed to providing the training and support for anyone where this is their first Trustee role!

The application deadline is Sunday the 19th April, however we will process applications as they arrive, so please send us your application as soon as you are ready.

First celebrated in 2014, this week is about uplifting Aromantic voices, increasing understanding, and challenging the idea that romantic partnership is the “default” or ultimate life goal. There are so many valid ways to experience connection, love, and fulfillment — and romantic attraction is just one of them. We’re proud to celebrate our community and the beautiful diversity within the .

The Aromantic flag tells part of that story:
💚 The green stripes represent the spectrum of aromantic identities.
🤍 The white stripe honors platonic love and the deep value of friendship.
🩶🖤 The grey and black stripes reflect the wide range of sexual identities aro people may hold — because aromanticism exists across all genders and sexualities.

This week, we encourage everyone to listen, learn, share resources, and amplify aro voices. Every identity on the spectrum is valid and worthy of recognition — not just this week, but always!

Mosaic is proud to provide LGBT+ young persons aged 12-25 with free access to our amazing team of passionate counsellors, who all identify as LGBT+ so that you can feel safe and understood. Our online counselling can help you better understand your emotions and build coping strategies against adversities, and is a way to build self-understanding and self-acceptance.

Today marks the start of , a time to highlight that caring for our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health 💚 Research shows that LGBT+ persons are at a greater risk of experiencing mental health challenges, and we want to remind our community that support is available if you are struggling.

We are proud to offer free counselling for LGBT+ young persons aged 12–25, delivered by our wonderful team of counsellors who all identify as LGBT+. Our online counselling provides a safe and affirming space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and build self-understanding and self-acceptance.
