We’re so grateful to Darren Abrahams for joining us on Wednesday to deliver an inspiring workshop on care-fuelled practice and nervous system regulation. 🧡

We all got so much from the session. You could feel the sense of resilience and connection growing in the room, one deep breath at a time. 🙏

🎂 We also celebrated the birthday of one of our lovely members! 🎈

Finding common ground. 🌱🧡

Members of our choir spent a wonderful day outside of London yesterday, exploring the property Emmetts Garden in Kent! We particularly enjoyed hearing about some incredibly resilient trees from volunteer, John.

This visit was part of an exciting collaboration (more details to come soon!) that captured what natural spaces like these mean to our members, in their own words. Watch this space! 🌷
