ChasingLights is the crew that's set out to educate and empower its squad members on how to prioritize skill and technique over intensity (speed) and volume (miles) combating the ever increasing numbers of road warriors injured in a year. ChasingLights members are not validated by how fast they go, or how far they can run, they’re encouraged to tune in to their bodies and understand the limitation
s they may face and how to make them strengths, to then chase those goals. We delve into running technique, strength, posture, mobility, breathing, pace strategy and more, while exploring the shadows of East. If we build an all round Athlete that can move well, the product will not only be injury free running, but also a greater ability to combat a life hunched over a screen. Founded by Run Coach and lululemon Ambassador, Chevy Rough, the crew will introduce you to an intelligient way of training for all your running goals, while giving you the knowledge and strength to fly across the finish line. The joys of creating our urban training grounds and focussing on an interval based programme, is that no one is to slow, no one is left behind and no one will make you feel like you shouldn’t be there.
