An interactive talk on how to transform through ancestral soul work & lifestyle medicine, lead by Farah Bouguerra and .
—————
Do you know the absolute number one question people struggle with in almost every healing session?
Perhaps someone has asked you this very question before.
It’s incredibly brief.

It is: “Who are you?”
The reality is that all of us are shaped by our environment; whether you realise it, or not.
In fact, 99% of us answer that fundamental question using the wrong parameters:
* professional titles,
* conditioned beliefs,
* behaviour copied from others,
* or ways of being that are actually just coping mechanisms.

Sometimes we are so disconnected or confused, that we cannot even find an answer to this question!
But the most dangerous trap of all..... is when we identify ourselves by our physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual states; or (may the Almighty protect us) by our shortcomings, illnesses, disorders, or struggles.
We want to help you break through all of this.
Our aim with this session is to offer you a small piece of transformation across all planes of existence.
We will share insights from ancestral wisdom, seamlessly combined with contemporary lifestyle medicine, to help us all transform back towards who we truly are.
Come, come, whoever you are.

Yours truly, and asalaamu alaykum,
Farah, Bouaziz & Jelle
