🔥 How to Stay on Track During BBQ Season 🔥

Yes, you can enjoy the BBQ AND keep making progress 💪🏼

It’s not about missing out — it’s about smart swaps & being mindful so you can still hit your goals while enjoying the sunshine (and a burger 🤪).

3 tips to keep you on track:
1️⃣ Choose lower-calorie alcohol – spirits with soda water or light beers instead of sugary cocktails.
2️⃣ Prioritise your protein – swap beef burgers for turkey, pork sausages for chicken, or even throw prawns on the grill. You’ll eat more food for fewer calories AND stay fuller for longer.
3️⃣ Avoid picking at leftovers – hard in the moment, but your future self will thank you 🙌🏻

💡 Bonus tip: Keep tracking your daily calories. Knowing your number for your deficit = enjoying your food while staying in control.

Remember: enjoying the BBQ and staying consistent with your goals can co-exist — it’s all about balance, not restriction ❤️
