Some really inspiring news. 💜
This week, we trained our very first mentor who was previously an Ashdon Jazz Academy mentee.

She was one of our very first young women to receive dedicated one-to-one mentoring from one of our trained mentors. To now see her come full circle and become a trained mentor herself is incredibly significant.

What makes this even more special is that we’ve already seen other young women who accessed our services and became ambassadors go on to work with Ashdon Jazz Academy as employees.

But having one of our actual mentees become a trained mentor takes this to another level.

It demonstrates the real impact of investing in young women: supporting them, empowering them, and creating opportunities for them to eventually support and empower others.

This is what legacy looks like. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of this milestone and excited to see where her journey as a mentor takes her.
