World Mental Health Day takes place on 10 October 2026 and provides an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health, challenge stigma and encourage people to talk openly about their wellbeing. ✨

We asked some of our members what organisations could do to better protect mental health at work and ensure employees’ voices are heard. 📢

They emphasised the importance of psychological safety in the workplace, allowing people to speak up, share ideas, admit mistakes and challenge the status quo without fear of negative personal consequences.
