MEMBER SPOTLIGHT | NOVICELL 🤖

Having access to AI tools is one thing. Getting a team to use them effectively is another.

DKUK corporate member Novicell has launched a new AI Adoption service for marketing teams, designed to help organisations move beyond simply providing access to tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

The programme combines hands-on workshops, tailored AI tools and practical training based on real business tasks, with a focus on applying AI within existing workflows while keeping accuracy, security and responsible use in view.

The programme covers:

• AI fundamentals
• Prompt development
• Workflow automation

Workshops can be delivered remotely or on-site, with an optional retainer for organisations looking for ongoing support.

For marketing and business development teams looking to make better use of the AI tools already available to them, Novicell’s new service offers a practical starting point.
