The North Middlesex Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership is recruiting an MNVP Maternity Lead and an MNVP Neonatal Lead. The lead roles bring the expertise of women with lived experience of maternity and neonatal services at North Middlesex into the heart of the development of every aspect of maternity and neonatal services at the trust.
The role of MNVP lead is key to providing inclusive and collaborative leadership and ways of working, ensuring that all women and birthing people and their families’ views are heard and acted on. This is an exciting opportunity to shape services and make a real difference to women, birthing people, babies and their families.

This is a paid, part time role requiring four days per month (worked flexibly) with time remunerated. Working with the MNVP is an opportunity to become part of a vibrant team, improving care for our service users and enabling voices and engagement with our community.
