🎬 DISNEY CREW ACADEMY – STEP ON TO PRODUCTION

Ready to start a career behind the camera? Applications are now open for the Disney Crew Academy – Step On To Production, a paid 2.5 week training programme designed to help people launch careers in Film & TV production.

Based at Pinewood Studios and the National Film & Television School, you’ll gain practical training, develop industry knowledge and build the confidence needed to work on major productions.

The programme includes:
🎥 Film & TV production fundamentals
🎬 Introductions to Production Management, Craft and Technical departments
📻 Practical workshops including radio etiquette
🤝 Networking, set etiquette and professional skills
💷 Travel and accommodation bursary provided

Potential trainee pathways include:
🎞️ Production Management
🎨 Art Department, Costume, Props, Hair & Make Up
🎥 Camera, Sound, Lighting, Grip, DIT, VFX, Script Supervision and more

No previous industry experience is required. If you’re passionate about Film & TV, willing to learn and ready to take your first step into the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity.
