What a year it's been...

From September to July, we've spent over 80 days together across the Dragon Café, Dragon Café in the City and Mental Fight Club Presents events.

That means more than 250 sessions filled with creativity, conversation, music, movement, writing, laughter, connection and countless cups of tea. ☕

Every workshop, every shared story, every song, every drawing and every smile has helped make Mental Fight Club the welcoming community it is today.

To everyone who has joined us this year - whether you've been coming regularly or dropped in for the first time - thank you. Thank you for sharing your creativity, your kindness and your time with us. You've made each event special, and we're so grateful to have you as part of our community. 💛

As we take a short break throughout August, we're already looking forward to everything that's to come. We've got plenty of exciting sessions planned from September onwards, and we can't wait to welcome you back.

Until then, have a wonderful summer, take good care of yourselves and each other, and we'll see you very soon. 😎

As August approaches, it's time for a little pause. Throughout the month of August, Mental Fight Club will be taking a break from our regular weekly events, with The Dragon Café, The Dragon Café in the City and our other sessions returning in September.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined us over the past few months. Whether you've come to one session or many, shared your creativity, offered a listening ear or simply spent time with us, you've helped make Mental Fight Club the warm, welcoming community it is. We couldn't do it without you!

Although our events are taking a pause, we're not disappearing! You'll still receive our newsletter throughout August with updates, news and a few things to look forward to. You can sign up via our website. If you have any questions or just want to get in touch, you can always reach us via our social media channels or by emailing [email protected].

First Dragon Café back will be on the 7th September & and The Dragon Café in the City on the 9th September.
Stay cool, take care of yourselves, and look out for one another. We can't wait to welcome you back in September.
