"Everyone’s mental health can benefit from spending some time outdoors. And, thankfully for many of us, that doesn’t mean that we need to spend all day hiking in a remote mountain range or trekking a long distance trail."

20 minutes is all it can take to reap maximum benefit and London has around three thousand parks to chose from!

Read our blog by the wonderful Chloe Hall, then go get some much needed fresh air and nature!

After 5 incredible years supporting our communities through our Safe Space service... it is now time to hand over the reins.

We want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in running this vital service, to our funders West London NHS Trust, and to everyone who took the first step and passed through our doors to access the support they deserve.

Safe Space is now being operated by Hestia Charity and you can find all relevant information on their website regarding locations, contact details and opening times.

Safe Space will still be open 365 days a year from 2pm - 10pm and Hestia's new locations are open and ready to accept visitors.

We will soon communicate our new plans for emergency support in our area. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

All our other services are operating as usual.

We are thrilled to announce our new name West London Mind along with an expansion of our support into the heart of London with the addition of the Royal Boroughs of Westminster City Council and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

West London Mind will look to rapidly develop services and support offerings while also looking at expanding existing services into these newly acquired boroughs.

We will also work in close collaboration with the North West London Mind Partnership together with Mind in Harrow, Hillingdon Mind and Brent Mind’s to ensure that people across the whole of North West London receive the best possible support.

Together we will continue to provide consistency and stability for service users, commissioners, partners and beneficiaries alike.

We were honoured to have had Hammersmith & Fulham Council Mayor Cllr Sharon Holder attend the official opening of FAULT LINES Exhibition by at The Irish Cultural Centre last week.

This is the first of a few galleries we'll be posting here showcasing the incredible artwork and storytelling we witnessed at FNL Vol 5 - FAULT LINES.

The exhibition is open to the public till the 17th April, with free entry, £14 donations are welcome, which represents the 14 men who die by su***de each day in the UK.

Huge thanks goes out to Sherwood Phoenix, Hammersmith Broadway
Fulham Broadway, and Munchie Lunchie Productions, for helping bring this vital conversation to light

It all starts with a conversation...

Visit the FAULT LINES Exhibition and take a moment to support men's mental health.

Huge thanks to for capturing the evening so thoughtfully and with such amazing photos.
