Our Flood Rescue Team trains throughout the year to ensure they are ready to respond when communities are affected by flooding and severe weather.

Specialists in operating in fast-moving and hazardous environments, the team develops the practical skills, teamwork and judgement needed to carry out rescues safely and effectively.

As a DEFRA accredited Flood Rescue Team, our volunteers are trained to nationally recognised standards and can support emergency services and partner organisations during major incidents.

Serve On is made up entirely of volunteers, who give their time throughout the year to train, maintain equipment and remain ready to deploy when needed.

Our search and rescue team is continuing its disaster response in Venezuela.

Specialists in rescuing people trapped under collapsed buildings, our team has been liaising with other charities and expert responders in a co-ordinated international effort to find survivors.

Our live-scent dog Max, provided by partner K9SARNI, is trained in locating submerged humans, and is a tremendous asset in the earthquake response.

The on-the-ground team is being supported by our UK Operations Room, who are working tirelessly to map the area and gather intelligence.

Serve On is made up entirely of volunteers, and relies on public support to enable us to be able to respond to crises all over the world.
