It’s Your Life aims to build confidence, provide family support and maximise educational achievement. It is this comprehensive approach which makes IYL unique. ogrammes: It’s Your Child’s Life, It’s Your Future, It’s Your Community and It’s Your Success. These all aim at improving the life chances of the most vulnerable members of our community by providing holistic, long term support.

‘It’s Your Future’ works with the most vulnerable young people to ensure the young person learns well, continues learning and reaches their full potential the programme looks at the life of the young person in its entirety. It places the young person at the centre of their life in order to help them address and overcome the multiple barriers and disadvantages they face. It’s Your Future (Formally It’s Your Life) is offered to 2 year groups, year 10 and year 11 (50 pupils in total). It includes a full adult learning programme, family support, Why Try, after school mentoring etc.
