Announcing: AIESEC Alumni Mentoring Program 2025/2026
We’re thrilled to invite you to the 6th edition of our mentoring initiative, run in collaboration with alumni communities from Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Kingmakers.
Over six months, mentors with 5+ years’ experience will guide mentees in their early career journeys. The shared AIESEC values and background help build trust quickly.
What’s in it for you?
• Mentors: Give back, develop coaching skills, broaden your network, receive a formal certificate
• Mentees: Gain support from experienced professionals, refine your goals, access a powerful community
Key dates & structure:
• Apply by 10 November
• Trainings (Nov), matching (Dec), sessions (Dec–May), closing ceremony (June)
Who can join?
• Former AIESEC members
• Mentors: 5+ years’ experience, commitment to sessions and training
• Mentees: early career stage, clear development goals
