Developing Medicine was honoured to recognise the outstanding clinicians of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia.

We thank Dr Ayalew Moges Beyenne, Head of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, who oversaw the nomination process.

The following paediatric clinicians were nominated for grants: Dr Addisu Worsa, Dr Addis Habtamu and Dr Girma Alemu (top residents), Dr Melat Tesfay (best consultant), Dr Kirubel Asmelash (best fellow) and Sr Mekdes Tsegaye (Best Nurse).
