Leadership isn't about having all the answers – it's about creating the space to learn, reflect and grow alongside others.

And that's exactly what Leading Social Impact is designed to do.

Leading Social Impact is a collaboration between New College, University of Oxford, The Gradel Institute of Charity and Clore Social Leadership.

Taking place over four days at the University of Oxford, participants will come together in person to gain strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, financial management and impact assessment skills, while also exploring AI's role in social purpose organisations, steeped in promoting equity, diversity and inclusion.

In the video below you’ll hear from one of last year’s participants about what the programme has meant to them and the value of learning alongside a diverse community of fellow leaders.

If you’re a social purpose leader with 6+ years’ experience, our Experienced Leader development programme will strengthen your strategic leadership practice, equip you to navigate complexity and lead lasting organisational and systems change. In addition, it offers you the space to reflect, challenge your thinking, and connect with a community of like-minded peers who are equally committed to creating positive social change.
