Celebrating Black History Month with Hounslow Council: Honouring Our Communities ✊🏿

The event opened with a warm introduction from Councillor Samia Chaudhary, setting the stage for our CEO, Rodgers. Taking to the audience, Rodgers reflected on our organisation's rich history, deep community roots, and key milestones. But the real essence of the presentation came next, as three programme beneficiaries—Susie Clark, Christian Osory, and Aniisah Issaq—shared their personal stories about how our programmes have transformed their lives.

We are deeply grateful to London Borough of Hounslow for this opportunity and to all our long-time supporters. Our community and stakeholders are the backbone of everything we do, and we couldn't have done it without you. ❤️

The Mission Hall Youth Club engaged in some cooking last week. It's an activity that the kids appreciate, so we strive to incorporate it into our curriculum as often as possible. 🧑‍🍳

It will run every Friday from 15:30 to 17:30 at Mission Hall Community Centre.

Our sessions cost £1 to help with workshops and equipment.

Riana FC made their comeback to Friday Night 5s last week. ⚽️

Despite the unfavourable results, the boys made the team proud by competing against older opponents.

A vote was placed after the game, and Amir was picked as our MOTM. He was awarded some products from our sponsor, Crep Protect. 🎁

Rodgers (CEO) attended an event hosted by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation celebrating the charities they funded over the last three years.

There were over a hundred charities in attendance. This allowed Rodgers to connect with like-minded charities with whom we are planning future collaboration.

Thank you, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, for all your support! ❤️
