The Bloom Programme nature walk 🍂 We walked and talked for 3 miles around Hanwell and Pear Tree Park ~ enjoying rows of horse chestnut trees, the crunch of fallen leaves and autumnal smells in the sunshine! 💛

“Never look down on anyone unless you are helping them up.” ~ In Session 2 of The Bloom Programme in Hanwell we looked at the important features of healthy and supportive relationships. We also had some lively chats about managing emotions and the concept of forgiving ourselves and others to move forward in a lighter way. We discussed how forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation, in order to protect our wellbeing.. and to be able to move on and flourish! 🌺 (NB If leaving an abusive relationship, this should always be done in the safest way possible with the appropriate support and guidance)

We had a great turn-out of 14 ladies for Session 1 of The Bloom Programme in Hanwell last week 🌺 We looked at everyone’s positive traits, discussed ways of managing worries and shared ideas of self-care including pampering, rest, time with pets and lovely day trips ✌️
