Great teamwork and gaining skills in the process.

Why does it take time to process my honey?

The people we support are gaining many skills whilst they prepare your honey jars including:
- Reading the order forms to process the order
- Typing out names onto labels
- Printing out the personalised honey label
- Sticking the labels on to the honey jar
- Packaging the honey jars into gift bags or boxes
-Counting and double check everything is in order
- Emailing the customer to let them know when it is ready for collection.

From beginning to end, your personalised jar has had a personalised service.

The activities have been flowing this week for the people we support, from The Lion King rehearsals in drama and harvesting crops in gardening club to celebrating International Left‑Handers Day with everyone trying to write and draw using their opposite hand. We also learnt about Israel and the importance of different cultures, listened to modern Israeli pop, picked up some Hebrew words and most importantly discovered that Kisharon means ability!

Wishing everyone a cool, calm and relaxing Shabbat.

Gardening club smashed it this week. The people we support harvested their own garlic and herbs and loved every minute. Sun, smiles and real pride in what they’ve grown.

The enterprise team made up of the people we support have been hard at work hand painting beautiful honey dippers for Rosh Hashanah.

Each one has been created with real care, turning a simple item into something colourful and full of sweetness.

The people we support enjoyed zoo‑ming through London Zoo, swinging from one adventure to the next and having an absolute whale of a time!

Riding that wild energy straight into a calm, cosy Shabbat… Shabbat Shalom from all of us at Kisharon Langdon!

The people we support were full of energy and creativity as they gathered for a hands‑on educational session about the challah.

Rachel, Head of Jewish Living and Community guided everyone through why challah holds such a special place in Jewish life, sharing the meaning behind the tradition and all about braiding the challah.

Everyone took their time, learnt the technique step by step and enjoyed creating something meaningful together.

Today’s activity was a beautiful way to connect through tradition. Hear what Tammy who we support thought about today’s session 😊
