I have the privilege to work with Lenka Morgan day in day out and the work she puts in to analysis and insight as well as managing the smooth data ex*****on for our fundraisers through to our clients is second to none.

We’ve shown it campaign by campaign by analysing our most recent 100k donors if you take a donor DD in the middle of the month vs the start or end it will ALWAYS have higher no show rate.

So if you’re running any form Direct Debit collections look to have them coincide with when people get paid.
