Growing with Grief is a new community-based bereavement support service for young people aged 12–25 living in Waltham Forest who have experienced the death of someone important to them.

Through creative workshops, shared experiences and individual support where appropriate, we're creating welcoming spaces where young people can build connections, express themselves and explore grief in ways that feel safe, supportive and meaningful.

We're particularly committed to improving access for young people from Black, African, Caribbean and Global Majority communities, recognising that culturally responsive support and trusted community spaces matter.

- Free to access
- For young people aged 12–25 living in Waltham Forest

Mental health challenges don't show up neatly packaged.

They show up alongside worries about money, relationships and everything else life throws at us.

That’s why we shape and deliver our support around you, and around our local community.

We are the local Mind for the City of London, Hackney and Waltham Forest. Learn more about our work and our specialist services by visiting our website: https://www.mindchwf.org.uk/
