Stress Awareness Month is an important time to recognise how emotions and pressures can impact wellbeing and to encourage supportive environments where children feel safe to express how they feel. At our supported accommodation, we focus on creating nurturing spaces where children feel listened to, supported, and understood. Through positive relationships, routine, and encouragement, we help children build resilience and develop healthy ways to manage their emotions. By raising awareness and promoting wellbeing, we can help every child feel more confident, secure, and supported.
