Join us for a conversation with Matilda Ajanko, an accomplished professional sailor, having sailed more than 50,000 offshore miles and taken part in over 50 races and regattas. Matilda was recently a yachtswoman navigating the globe on the restored Whitbread Round The World Race boat Maiden, and is a passionate advocate for Room to Read, promoting equal access to education and women's empowerment around the world.

The all-female crew faced a number of challenges on their voyage, and Matilda will share that some of the toughest issues weren’t always related to sailing! At a time when we’re looking for ways to improve our resilience, we’re excited to speak to Matilda and hear first-hand some of her experiences.
