A friendly and welcoming coffee morning to celebrate Neurodiversity Week is happening at the centre. Everyone is welcome - residents, families, friends, and supporters. Come for a hot drink, a chat, and the chance to connect with others.

Tuesday 17 March, 9:15am – 10:30am

Neurodiversity Week is all about celebrating different minds and the many ways we think, learn, and experience the world. By coming together, we shine a light on the strengths within our community and help make Acton Gardens a place where everyone feels understood, included, and valued.

Overwhelmed. Exhausted. In love. Unsure. Elated. Nervous.

Becoming a parent is a whirlwind of emotions. Some days, it feels like you’re on top of the world; other days, you’re just trying to survive.

At Tots Play, we get it, we know how hard you’re working, and how hard it is to try to figure it all out on your own.

The fact is you were never meant to, and that’s why we created a very special course for those very early stages of parenthood, our award winning Baby Development Course.

It’s been designed to be a calming space where you can bond with your baby, learn ways to support their development, and connect with other parents who get it too. – creating a vital support network around you.

✨ Over the 6 weeks of the course, we explore calming techniques, baby massage, yoga, sensory play, sign language and so much more—all in a relaxed, welcoming, small group environment.

This isn’t just a baby class; it’s a place for you both to grow, bond, and thrive, and I truly love helping make these early days with your new addition a little easier and more enjoyable for you.

Over the next few days I’ll be telling you much more about this wonderful course, so pop back tomorrow where we’ll explore some of the benefits of the baby massage routine that we teach as part of the course.

Bookings are open for my next courses now and I’d love to welcome you along.
