SOAS Shorinji Kempo teaches a modern Japanese martial art which is a balanced system of self-defence and self-development. Classes are suitable for everyone, there is no prior experience required - beginners are always welcome! Wednesday sessions at L67, Main Building. Friday sessions at Basement, Main Building.
