We’re thrilled to welcome the Sompo Group Foundation as a new strategic partner of The Lord Mayor’s Appeal.

This is an exciting moment for our community — and we’re grateful to the Sompo Foundation for joining us in our mission to unlock brighter futures for young people across the UK.

Through this partnership, we’ll work together on expanding access to opportunities, support and resources that enable young people to advance toward their potential.

With around one million young people currently not in education, employment or training (NEET), now is the time to act. We know that meaningful change happens when businesses come together and use their collective influence, expertise and resources for good.
The Sompo Foundation’s commitment to investing in the communities where Sompo operates makes them a fantastic partner for this next chapter of our work.

Faith Frank, Executive Director, Sompo Foundation, said: “Through the Sompo Foundation, we are proud to support The Lord Mayor’s Appeal, and contribute to work that expands opportunities for young people who may not otherwise have access to the support, skills and pathways they need to thrive in the City of London and beyond.

“As Sompo continues to grow its business across the UK and London market, the Foundation plays an important role in ensuring that growth is accompanied by meaningful investment in the communities where we live and work. This partnership reflects that connection and commitment by supporting initiatives that improve outcomes for young people and reinforce the resilience of the wider community.”

We’re proud to have the Sompo Foundation alongside us as we bring the City community together around one of the defining challenges facing the UK.

Thank you to the Sompo Foundation for believing in the potential of young people and for joining us on this journey.

Here’s to building more inclusive communities and unlocking brighter futures — together.

All registered participants have been contacted directly and if there are any available slots for the new date we will reopen registration so keep an eye out!
